User Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with ELELAND OS, FPM CLI, and connected Meta business integrations.

1. Remove App Access From Meta
You can remove app access from your Meta account by opening Facebook Settings, then Apps and Websites, then removing the relevant app connection. This revokes future access granted through Meta.
2. Request Deletion From ELELAND
To request deletion of data stored or processed by ELELAND OS or FPM CLI, email info@eleland.co with the subject line Meta Data Deletion Request.
Include your name, contact email, the Facebook Page, Instagram business account, WhatsApp business account, ad account, or business asset related to the request, and any relevant Meta user ID or business asset ID if available.
3. What We Delete
After receiving a valid request, we will review the request and delete or anonymize applicable data from our active systems unless retention is required for legal, security, billing, audit, dispute, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons.
4. Confirmation
We may contact you to verify the request or clarify the related account or business asset. Once the request is processed, we will provide confirmation by email where appropriate.
