This Privacy Policy explains how ELELAND OS and the internal FPM CLI tool handle information when used for Meta advertising, reporting, Pages, Instagram business assets, and WhatsApp business assets.

1. Scope

ELELAND OS is an internal business operations workspace. FPM CLI is used by our business to manage Meta ads and connected business assets through Meta APIs. This policy applies to information processed through those tools.

ELELAND OS and FPM CLI are used only by authorized ELELAND team members for internal business operations. They are not offered as a public SaaS product, agency marketplace, or third-party advertising service.

2. Information We May Access

Depending on permissions granted through Meta, we may access business asset identifiers, Page information, Instagram business account information, WhatsApp business asset information, ad account information, campaign, ad set, ad, ad creative data, ad performance insights, and related operational metadata.

Where a business grants messaging or lead permissions, we may process message, lead, or customer communication data only for business operations, customer communication, advertising, reporting, and compliance purposes.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to create, manage, review, pause, report on, and optimize advertising and content workflows; to maintain audit records; to support customer communication; and to operate internal business systems.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with Meta through Meta APIs, with service providers that help operate our business systems, or where required for legal, security, billing, audit, or compliance reasons.

5. Retention And Security

We retain information only as needed for business operations, reporting, audit, security, legal, and compliance purposes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information.
