Terms of Service

1. Internal Use Only

ELELAND OS and related CLI tools, including FPM CLI, are internal business tools operated by ELELAND for authorized ELELAND team members only. They are not offered as a public SaaS product, agency marketplace, or third-party advertising service.

2. Authorized Users

Access is limited to approved ELELAND personnel and contractors who need the tools for business operations. Users must protect credentials, follow ELELAND instructions, and use the tools only for authorized business purposes.

3. Permitted Use

The tools may be used to manage Meta advertising workflows, Pages, Instagram business assets, WhatsApp business assets, campaign creation, reporting, operational review, and compliance-related business records.

4. Platform Policies

Use of ELELAND OS and FPM CLI must comply with applicable Meta Platform Terms, Meta advertising policies, WhatsApp Business policies, and any permissions or limits set by connected business assets.

5. Data Handling

Data accessed through connected platforms is handled for internal business operations, customer communication, advertising, reporting, audit, security, and compliance purposes. For more detail, review our Privacy Policy and User Data Deletion Instructions.

6. No Public Availability

ELELAND OS is not a consumer application and is not available for public registration. Any external access must be specifically approved by ELELAND and limited to the business purpose for which access was granted.

7. Changes

ELELAND may update these Terms when business, platform, legal, or operational requirements change. Continued internal use after an update means the authorized user must follow the updated Terms.
